We believe in John Adair’s action centered leadership system and that good leaders:

- Use values based systems to ensure that they & their team behave appropriately
- Focus on individual & team effort towards defined outcomes
- Take a coaching approach & provide feedback consistently & constantly
- Recognise good performance and face upto and deal with low performance
