Why choose Glass Half Full?

Running a business can be challenging. Really challenging.

  • The company has to perform better overall. We’re not getting the results we need.
  • I sometimes feel completely over-burdened, like the weight of the world’s on my shoulders.
  • I’m struggling to get the balance right. I’m torn between work and home, and it’s taking a toll.
  • I want to build a strong team. How do I get them fired up and bring out their potential?
  • I need my people to take on more responsibility, but I’m not confident about delegating.
  • At some point I’d love to sell the business. Where on earth do I start with an exit strategy?
  •  I’m sure there must be a way to do things better – but how?

Do any of these sound like you?

If so, please realise that you’re not alone. Most small business (SME) owners go through periods of stress, self-doubt and sheer overwhelm at one time or another.

The good news is that it doesn't have to be this way.

If you're serious about:

  • Boosting your own performance

  • Developing your people into a winning team

  • Improving your processes

  • Driving up your sales

then Ian Featherstone of Glass Half Full could be your invaluable business partner.
